The challenge
Agents manually copied property listings between Airtable and HubSpot. Double-bookings happened weekly, and leads fell through the cracks because no one knew which properties were available in real time.
What we built
Built a bi-directional sync between Airtable (property database) and HubSpot (CRM) using Make.com. New listings auto-publish to HubSpot, status changes propagate both ways, and agents get Slack alerts when their leads match new inventory.
